If the contestant is incorrect, then the sale price of the car, which begins at 25¢, is raised by 25¢. If the contestant is correct, then they may select an envelope which contains between zero cents and $2.00. Once the contestant completes the price of the car, if they have accumulated enough money to cover the sale price of the car, then they win the car.
